Commercial Terms
Panasonic Corporation of North America, through its Smart Mobility Office (“SMO”), offers certain subscription-based cloud services including the Cirrus by Panasonic® intelligent transportation system vehicle-to-everything platform, the OneConnect vehicle data analytics platform, and the Charge Management System charging network monitoring platform. SMO has standardized commercial terms for all of these services, as well as hardware purchase terms and professional service terms. Terms of Service

These terms and conditions are applicable to all SMO cloud-based subscription services and details a customer’s rights to access and use the applicable subscription service. These terms and conditions do not govern hardware purchases or professional services (e.g. consulting).

This Notice is applicable to all SMO subscription services and provides information relating to SMO’s collection, use, and protection of customer data and personal information.
