Commercial Terms

Panasonic Corporation of North America, through its Smart Mobility Office (“SMO”), offers certain subscription-based cloud services including the Cirrus by Panasonic® intelligent transportation system vehicle-to-everything platform, the OneConnect vehicle data analytics platform, and the Charge Management System charging network monitoring platform. SMO has standardized commercial terms for all of these services, as well as hardware purchase terms and professional service terms. Cirrus by Panasonic™

  • These terms govern the appointment of certain approved entities as a reseller of the Cirrus by Panasonic™ solution.
